“To do what you love is a bliss” – just me
Thanks to staying longer at home these days, I finally finished my training journal book. It’s a paper book where I can write down my program and journal.
This creation comes from obsession with weightlifting and journaling.
I love the weightlifting as a sport. I’ve been doing it for almost 3 years now and although sometimes it isn’t always pretty, I still have joy from every lift I do.
I also find journaling is very helpful. There is something magical in writing something on a paper, instead of typing it.
Thus… my creation is here!
